Cabildo was honored recently with an invitation to appear on John Sinkevics’ radio program “Local Spins”. Broadcast daily on 1340AM, Local Spins features Grand Rapids musicians for interviews and in-studio performances. Julio Villalobos, Jonathan Barrera Mikulich, Dustin Miller, and Josh Dunigan joined Sinkevics for an in depth interview about Cabildo’s origins, musical inspirations, and a scaled back acoustic performance of their Pablo Neruda inspired track “Morena, la Besadora”.

The feature was part of a preview series of local bands scheduled to perform at the 2013 Festival of the Arts.
